Available to you and your staff for telephone and email advice on all aspects of HR management, responding to queries and advising and supporting management on appropriate actions.
Drafting and issuing; letters, documents, policies and any other HR related documentation acting in the capacity of your HR department.
In the main visiting your office, but also available to attend other locations if necessary. We would be available for:
Holding HR surgeries for employees
Attending HR and other business meetings
Conducting investigation interviews
Supporting managers in formal HR hearings
Advising management on HR and employment issues
Supporting and coaching members of the management team
Support you on organisational development and offer advice and support on the appropriate recruitment strategies for growth or consolidation
Work with you to develop a talent management strategy to enable the company to structure opportunities and potential career paths for existing staff and attract new talent
Review and advise on benefits, salaries and recognition policies for engagement and motivation of staff
Assist you with the development and deployment of appropriate polices & procedures to reflect best practice in the company’s management of its employees
Develop your managers’ people and team management skills
